• Clear instructions on when you can walk on the floor, move things back and drive on it.
• Written approval from you before any change to the scope.

We work on concrete only. We do not coat wood, tile or vinyl. If a slab has a leak, active heaving or a crack that points to a structural issue, we tell you before you pay for a coating that would not fix it.
